This video is video number two in a video series I’m doing that will teach you everything you need to know about food sensitivities. In the last video I taught you what exactly is a food sensitivity and in today’s video I’m going to be explaining to you which of your chronic symptoms may be in fact caused by foods that you’re eating as part of your everyday diet.
If you remember back to the last video, I discussed that the immune reaction that occurs with food sensitivities is not limited to your digestive tract and instead primarily happens in your circulatory system. This means that symptoms can be quite widespread!
In addition to symptoms you may expect in response to food like gas, bloating, loose stools or constipation, you can have body-wide symptoms that you really may not expect! This can include symptoms like chronic headaches, skin concerns such as acne or eczema, joint or muscle pain and feelings of chronic fatigue. You may also find you have low immune function, get sick frequently and have sinus concerns, lung problems or a chronic cough. As you can see, the symptoms of food sensitivities can be very widespread!
